Need: In a structured dialogue, the initial situation is examined. Challenges and opportunities are discussed in a workshop format and the next steps are determined.
Analysis: We highlight political or regulatory risks, identify relevant actors (critics, allies, neutrals) and evaluate their positions.
Strategy: Developing the essence of your political brand with our proprietary method (the BPA Strengths Filter). Then addressing the following questions: What needs to be communicated (hooks, themes, messages)? To which audience (stakeholders)? Through which channels / formats (conferences, media)? In what timeframe and with which milestones?
Planning: Customizing messages and communication measures to the specific requirements such as process design, stakeholder monitoring, developing chains of argument, creating materials and position papers (requirements for the issue management).
Implementation: Agenda setting (and campaigning) through orchestrated communications activities: e.g. alliance formation, testimonials, conferences, roundtables, 1:1 meetings, as well as press and public relations work including social media.
